Unique to this tasting, you’ll enjoy a current release and older (library) vintage of the same wine, so you can witness the development of the wine with aging.
What food is served for this Collectors experience?
The Collectors experience features four of our finest wines served with a single plate of food so you are able to try the wines with the same food components.
Can you accommodate a group of 10-15 guests?

Is any portion of the experience outdoors?
Yes, you will experience touring the estate and enjoy a firsthand view of the Calistoga Appellation. You may be seated in one of our indoor or outdoor tasting spaces. Outdoor spaces are covered and have heaters if needed.
Do you accept walk-ins?

Are children and pets allowed?
We do not allow guests under the age of 21 – this includes infants and toddlers. We also do not permit animals with the exception of a trained service dog.

Excellent service and the wine/food pairings are excellent. This is the ONLY winery where we are Club members – we love the food and wine pairings – the chef is excellent and so are the wines. We occasionally buy the Phase V wine made by Phillipe Melka – but we do LOVE Cary Gotts wines too! I wish i had taken pics of the first 2 courses – these were our favorites! You get 4 wines paired with food and a welcome wine. And the Davis parties are THE BEST!! (We are Napa locals and also work in the wine industry!)
