Ticket Price: 
$400 Retail
$320 Members (max 2 tickets at member price)

Founders Members – June 24
12 bottle Members – June 26
6 bottle Members – July 1
4 bottle Members – July 8

How To Purchase:
On your specific Tickets On Sale Date, you will get an email with a specific link to request tickets. 

  • Ticket requests will only be granted via email, per the link provided in the email releases (phone sales will not be available for this event)
  • Maximum of 4 tickets may be processed. Any ticket requests over 4 will be automatically placed on the wait list
  • If we are able to secure tickets for you, your credit card will be charged automatically as the final step in reserving those tickets

 

Details:

  • Dress attire: Wine Country Casual (bring your dancing shoes!)
  • Time: 6pm to 9:30pm
  • Parking: We recommend hiring a driver. Uber and Lyft are not reliable this far up valley, even when scheduled in advance.
  • Food Allergies: This is a traditional lobster feed and seafood will be poured on the table with everything else. We do not recommend this event for anyone with a seafood allergy.
  • Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to event full refunds will be given.  Less then 30 days prior to event full refunds will only be given if we are able to fill the seats from our waiting list.

Our Executive Chef Mark Caldwell is crafting a decadent five-course dinner to enjoy with the company of world-renowned winemaker Philippe Melka and the elegant Phase V wines he creates for us.

Enjoy an artfully paired soup inspired lunch while you mix and mingle with other members at a shared table overlooking the vineyards.   We are offering two seating times at 11am and 2:30pm to help ensure more of our members may attend.
